尿検査
4/2 ディアのおしっこを持って病院へ
やーっと、病院が開いてる時間に尿が採れたー。
尿は新鮮さが命！採れたてを急いで病院へ。
結局、後ろからお玉とかで採取する方法はあきらめて、トイレのふちと部屋の壁の間にサランラップを貼って壁に向かってしたおしっこがサランラップに溜まるような仕掛けを設置。
ディア、なぜか一日一回は壁に向かっておしっこをするので普段は壁ガード付きのペットシートで防御。
それを利用して普段はおしっこのPh検査をしてるんだけど、病院の検査の場合、量も必要だし時間も限られてるしで思ってたよりずっと大変だった・・・。
で、やっと採れた尿の検査結果。
心配してた腎臓は、しっかり機能してて問題なし。
が、なぜか「ブドウ糖」と「潜血」の反応が・・・。
これで頻尿とかの症状が現れてたら膀胱炎の疑いが濃厚なんだけど、ディアの場合はなんの症状も無くて至って元気。元気すぎるくらい元気。
猫の場合、尿に潜血反応が出ても何の症状も無くてしばらくすると自然に治っちゃう場合があるらしくて、ディアも一過性のものかもしれないということ。
で、潜血反応があるとそれが原因で「ブドウ糖」の反応がでる場合があるらしい。
というわけで、様子を見るためにまた一週間後に尿検査をすることに・・・。
腎臓に問題がなかったのは、すっごく嬉しかったんだけど・・・今度は潜血・・・まだまだ安心できないなぁ。
